Agnei Iberico is a superior quality lamb from a breed that has been native to the Spanish region of Aragon for over a thousand years. Agnei Iberico lambs are raised at the foot of the Pyrenees, in a relaxing, stress-free environment to enhace their innate qualities.

Agnei Iberico is fed a natural diet of their mothers´ milk and an exclusive mix of cereal grains with a predominance of corn and high oleic sunflower seeds.

Agnei Iberico comes in totally innovative boned cuts that make each piece highly cost-effective and facilitate the work of chefs, encouraging creativity and allowing them to oofer their customers a unique sensory experience thanks to this meat´s surprising, exceptional taste, tenderness and juiciness.

The high degree of infiltrated fat gives this meat its special character, not only in terms of its balanced taste, texture and juiciness, but also its high oleic acid content (more than 51%) that makes it possibly the healthiest meat on the market.
