Agnei Iberico is fed a natural diet of their mothers´ milk and an exclusive mix of cereal grains with a predominance of corn and high oleic sunflower seeds.
Agnei Iberico comes in totally innovative boned cuts that make each piece highly cost-effective and facilitate the work of chefs, encouraging creativity and allowing them to oofer their customers a unique sensory experience thanks to this meat´s surprising, exceptional taste, tenderness and juiciness.
