BACON WITHOUT INJECTIONS. Premium quality (water with salt hasn't been added). Without gristle and rinds to get the best product for the consumer. It is smoked with natural beech wood.
Handmade manufacturing. It can be served as a whole piece, fillet cut or together with cheese.
Selected pork meats and with a careful process of manufacturing. It is possible to adapt the manufacture of the product to meet the customer specific needs. We have QC and HACCP systems to control the quality from raw material selection to every process to ensure our product's quality.

Vicente Bernal Gómez began over 110 years ago as a trader of pigs and cold meat from Guijuelo (SALAMANCA) (Iberian Pork products).

In 2004, together with Jose Antonio Palacios Ezquerra, an expert in butchery, a new enterprise called Cárnicas Palber was set up with the objective of butchering and selling fresh meat such as veal, beef, lamb and pork. This has expanded our product range.
